Your subconscious mind is a master at achieving goals. The challenge is getting your goal into your subconscious mind. Questformations® are like a secret back door into your subconscious mind. Since questformations® do not oppose any existing belief you may have, it is not resisted. Now your subconscious mind has a goal, which is answering your questformation®.

How to use questformation® cards. Shuffle the deck and select one card a day or one card per week or one per month which ever you prefer. Meditate on the questformation®, so you are asking yourself the questformation® throughout the day. Nothing else to do with the questformation® just allow your mind to work its magic.

They work very well if you read it several times before going to bed or read them first thing in the morning.

You can also use the questformation® cards to journal. They may stir up some interesting beliefs for you to write about.
