How Our Fundraiser Works

The secret to a successful fundraising campaign is offering high-quality, meaningful products that families truly want—items available exclusively through your group at an accessible price.

Here’s how we make it simple for you:

1. Get Approved

Your organization decides to launch a fundraiser and the sponsor or group leader contacts Magnets With Meaning, LLC. for approval.

2. Receive Your Production Schedule

Once approved, we’ll provide a production schedule so you can choose order dates and delivery windows that work best for your group.

3. Lock In Your Campaign Dates

After your group selects your selling window, notify Magnets With Meaning to get your dates scheduled.

4. Take Orders

Group members collect orders during your chosen campaign period using order forms or online options (if used by the group).

5. Submit Orders

At the end of the campaign:

• The leader gathers all order forms
• Totals are submitted to Magnets With Meaning
• No minimum order is required
  To keep delivery costs low, we ship once the majority of orders are received unless stock delays occur.

6. Delivery to Your Group

Once payment and order totals are received, products are shipped directly to your organization’s address.

7. Distribute to Your Supporters

Group members promptly deliver their orders to customers.

How the Points Work

Each item sold earns points:

• 1 point per single magnet
• 5 points per bundle (Buy 4, Get 1 Free)

The total points earned by your group determine how many prizes your top sellers receive.

Prize Levels

• 500 points → One $100 Visa Gift Card and 10 books
• 1,500 points → Two $100 Visa Gift Cards and 20 books
• 2,500 points → Three $100 Visa Gift Cards and 30 books
• 3,500 points → Four $100 Visa Gift Cards and 50 books
• Every additional 1,000 points → One additional $100 Visa Gift Card

Every fundraiser not only raises money, it grows your classroom library with positive, uplifting books students can enjoy all year long

After your sale, simply let us know which prizes you’d like to order. We recommend placing prize orders soon after your campaign ends.

Top Seller Bonus

Each year, every group receives one special Top Sales Person Gift when their first order is delivered.
We recommend awarding this to the individual who sells the most products for the entire year.
